What you'll do

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python and TensorFlow.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and databases to support AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Optimize and manage ML workflows using MLOps best practices on AWS.
• Evaluate and refine large language models (LLMs) and vector representations for improved performance.
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to drive continuous improvement in AI initiatives.
• Document processes and provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, for deploying AI solutions.
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps principles and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
