for YourTribe

Welcome to YourTribe ("YourTribe", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our corporate ecosystem platforms, mobile web, services, and modules.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. About YourTribe

YourTribe is a talent marketplace and hiring platform that helps employers build employer brands, attract talent, manage hiring processes, and access recruitment-related services.

Employment Disclaimer

YourTribe does not employ candidates on behalf of customers unless explicitly agreed in writing. Our role is strictly limited to operating the ecosystem platform and matching marketplace tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

Registration Warranties & Representation

By registering on the platform, you represent and warrant that:

Accurate Information

All information provided to YourTribe is entirely accurate, truthful, and current.

Authorized Signatory

You have explicit corporate authority to act on behalf of your organization, if signing up as an employer.

Account Maintenance

You will promptly update and maintain the accuracy of your account credentials and bio.

3. User Accounts

Users may create accounts on the YourTribe platform in various categories:

Employers
Recruiters
Candidates
Authorized Users

Your Account Safeguard Obligations

You are entirely responsible for:

Maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your credentials.

All activities and transactions occurring under your account profile.

Promptly notifying our technical team of any unauthorized access, breach, or suspicious device footprints.

4. Employer Responsibilities

What Employers Agree to do:

  • Provide accurate and updated job descriptions.
  • Comply with all local and international employment laws.
  • Conduct hiring activities in a fair, lawful, and ethical manner.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of all applicant and candidate data.

What Employers Shall NOT do:

  • Misrepresent compensation, role specifications, or working conditions.
  • Use candidate details for any goal unrelated to official recruitment loops.
  • Engage in arbitrary or discriminatory hiring practices.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates explicitly represent and agree that:

All information submitted on their bio, profile, or application forms is accurate.
Resumes, professional credentials, qualifications, and historic salaries are completely truthful.
They remain exclusively responsible for making their own individual employment and offer decisions.

Note: YourTribe operates as a platform facilitator and does not preemptively verify every single qualification, background claim, credential, or legal status represented by candidates and employers.

6. Recruitment Services

Where YourTribe provides active recruitment assistance, candidate sourcing, initial screening, or full Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS):

Employer Prerogative

Candidate selection remains solely and exclusively the responsibility of the employer.

Exclusive Sourcing Choices

Hiring decisions and offer approvals are made exclusively by the hiring company, not YourTribe.

No Placement Guarantees

YourTribe does not guarantee successful hiring outcomes or that candidate funnel limits will be guaranteed.

Post-Hire Performance

YourTribe does not warrant candidate output, performance, or behavior post-completion of the hiring loop.

7. Subscription Plans & Payments

Access to certain core services, hiring plans, and premium dashboard widgets requires prompt monetary payment.

Customer Billing Declarations

Pay all platform or RaaS fees exactly as agreed in relevant electronic invoices.

Provide completely accurate billing details and authorized payment accounts.

Pay all relevant local and national corporate taxes, including GST where legally applicable.

• Unless stated otherwise, all platform fees are non-refundable.

• Premium subscriber fees are billed in advance; access loops can be suspended for any outstanding non-payment.

• Custom enterprise agreements shall prevail over these global platform terms in case of direct operational conflicts.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary platform content, custom engine software, trade secrets, trademarks, logomarks, layout designs, databases, graphics, and branding assets remain the sole property of YourTribe or its authorized licensors.

Platform Forbidden Usages:

Copying/Reproducing platform content.

Reverse engineering tech and backend source files.

Running automated data scraping queries without consent.

Commercially exploiting YourTribe databases.

9. User Content

Users retain intellectual ownership and copyright of all resume PDFs, logos, text descriptions, and job postings they upload or paste to the platform.

License to YourTribe

By uploading content, you grant YourTribe a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

This license is granted solely for the purposes of facilitating, providing, and promoting YourTribe recruitment and ecosystem services.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited and forbidden from performing any of the following activities on our platforms:

Violating any local, state, federal, or international corporate law.
Uploading malicious software, trojans, viruses, or payload tracking scripts.
Interfering with, or attempting to compromise, system platform operations.
Attempting unauthorized login, routing, or database bypass hacks.
Posting misleading, fraudulent, inaccurate, or intentionally harmful content.
Harassing, discriminating, or abusing other members of the Tribe ecosystem.

11. Employer Branding Pages

Organizations using customizable employer branding pages, career feeds, microsites, or related tools remain completely responsible for all posted assets and corporate copy. You warrant that such resources do not violate third-party rights and grant YourTribe hosting permissions.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the platform is strictly governed by our global Privacy Policy. By logging into the platform, you give consent to the collection, secure processing, and storage of core details necessary to fulfill matching service operations.

13. Third-Party Services

We may integrate elements and API endpoints of third-party platforms. YourTribe assumes zero operational responsibility, hosting, or service SLA guarantees for third-party products, billing systems, portals, or random connection failures.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided purely on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" framework basis. YourTribe represents no specific guarantees detailing direct hiring success metrics, candidate credentials matching accuracy, or continuous application uptime.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws: YourTribe, its affiliates, or operational teams shall have absolutely no liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential corporate damages, including lost revenue, lost capital, talent misconduct, or employer disputes. Our aggregate cumulative liability shall never exceed the total fee amount paid by the customer to YourTribe during the preceding twelve (12) calendar months.

16. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless YourTribe, its directories, teams, and service affiliates against any third-party claims, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your abusive use of the platform or direct violation of this contractual agreement.

17. Suspension & Termination

We retain absolute authority to suspend, lock, or permanently delete platform access, profiles, or organizational brands that violate these Terms, practice fraudulent recruitment, pose risk, or damage platform alignment.

18. Changes to Terms

We may periodically update this Terms of Service contract. Revised documents will be updated and posted with a modified Effective Date. Continued usage of YourTribe modules constitutes binding consent of revised versions.

19. Governing Law

These legal Terms shall be interpreted and governed explicitly by the laws of India. Any official corporate disputes shall be subject exclusively to the personal jurisdiction and state courts of Chennai, Tamilnadu.
