AI/ML Engineer

Overview

QuantumFlow AI is building intelligent workflow automation solutions powered by cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. We are looking for a Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer to develop, train, and deploy machine learning models that drive automation and decision-making across enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-world AI challenges involving NLP, Generative AI, and predictive analytics.

What you'll do

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for production environments.
• Build and optimize NLP and Generative AI applications.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing products.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy through experimentation.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

What we're looking for

• experience in Machine Learning or AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and MLOps workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
