Overview

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the architecture and development of our core digital banking platform. You will work on massive scale systems that process thousands of transactions per second.

What you'll do

  • Architect and build scalable microservices using Java/Node.js.
  • Lead a team of 5-8 high-performing engineers.
  • Optimize system performance and reliability for financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to ship high-impact features.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and Java.
  • Experience with high-throughput distributed systems.
  • Previous experience in Fintech or Banking is a plus.
