What you'll do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain the company's design system.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, academic work, internships, or personal projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and interaction design.
• Basic knowledge of user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and learning new design skills.
