Senior Full Stack Engineer

Overview

QuantumFlow AI is building the next generation of enterprise workflow automation powered by artificial intelligence. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale products that simplify complex business processes. This role is critical to our mission as we expand our platform and serve a growing customer base across multiple industries.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build and optimize backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, or Node.js backend development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
