Senior Product Engineer

What you'll do

• Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target customer segments.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and optimize demand generation, customer acquisition, and expansion programs.
• Track key GTM metrics and use data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product adoption, retention, and customer success.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Growth, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales funnels, and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Proven track record of executing initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
