Overview

As a Senior PM at Navi, you will own the vision and roadmap for our consumer lending products. You'll bridge the gap between complex financial regulations and seamless user experiences.

What you'll do

  • Define product strategy based on deep user research and data analysis.
  • Work closely with engineering and risk teams to define credit models.
  • Maximize user conversion and retention across the credit lifecycle.
  • Launch and scale new financial products from 0 to 1.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with SQL/Python.
  • Experience in B2C scaling or financial tech.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
